The staff at Topgear are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to bikes and bike gear. I recently bought a new bike and wanted it specced up from the basic offering. Along with that I needed a few spares and other bits and pieces. Tim was very patient and helpful with advice and suggestions. When I picked up the bike Tim adjusted the riding position, and swapped the handlebar stem to improve my posture on the bike. I was there for over two hours and was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of his time. I always get good service and advice at Topgear.

Very satisfied with Topgear Cycles , i dropped in there looking for new tyres for my bike recently. To my surprise they offered to do the job on the spot and allowed me to observe the process. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and i thought they were great.

Purchased a new bike from Top Gear in 2022. Nathan knew his stuff, was friendly and we worked through a bike fitting that has been absolutely magic for my legs / posture. Given all the challenges with supply chain etc going on, it was really refreshing to have such a positive experience at Top Gear.
