I had a wonderful experience buying Yamaha CLP 745 online from Pianoforte. Laura was very fast replying to all my questions and friendly. Piano was delivered on the same day and assembled professionally and carefully in a flash. I would like to highly recommend this store, not only they have great price, the service is great too!

The team at Piani Forte, lead by Laura made the experience of buying a piano very easy. I was in the market to buy a digital piano for my young child. They explained the pros and cons of the different models in a way that a non-musical parent like me could understand.The team is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend you talk to them if you are in the market for a new or used piano.Running an e-commerce agency, I am very fussy about customer experience for my clients. It was time to replace my old Yamaha and I was searching far and wide for my dream piano for the last 4 years, until I set my foot into The Piano Forte Chatswood. Laura let me try all the pianos there. Then the quick response to come to my place for valuation of my old piano, that helped me to make up my mind. The price was better than the other stores I visited. I was happy with the delivery + pick up guys, too. They were so quick and efficient.

Highly recommended.We visited several piano store and can say Pianoforte's customer service triumph all the competitors. we went there with no knowledge of which Piano we need for our daughters. Laura help us by explaining the different product range she had and guiding us to choose the right digital piano.In addition, we were lucky to get the same day delivery for the digital piano we bought. Purchase of new Alex Steinbach piano nofault with 5 star rating for Sam Kwon unfortunately selling this new condition piano back to Piano Forte was dishonest and wasted whole day waiting for piano mover from 9-4PM!One star rating is not even worth it at all.
