Steve was exceptional, no pressure and extremely helpful from start to finish including planning, product selection and working with me to align with other contractors during the install. Highly recommend choices @ Tuggerah. Great service, great products and price !

After having a real hardwood timber floor for the past 18 years it was time for a change. Steve and his staff were extremely helpful in providing information on all the various floor options that were available to us. The showroom staff went above & beyond to make sure I got the colour just right.From the first point of contact until the flooring was installed nothing was a problem and everything took place on time as scheduled. The installers were also professional and courteous and cleaned up everything every day.I am extremely happy with my new flooring and would highly recommend Steve and his team.

Absolutely outstanding Service from the Ladies Sam and Belinda they really know their stuff. We felt very quickly at ease with these ladies. From Steve the Store Manager and Dale the Sales Representative. The team was second to none. They really took their time with our needs in our home and went above and beyond offering solutions to meet our needs. We would have no hesitation recommending this fantastic team. I highly recommend Choices Flooring Tuggerah to anyone needing new flooring. Dale helped me choose some carpet and he was very knowledgeable on all the available products in the show room and very friendly too. I love the quality of my carpet and how well the job was done by the layers. Definitely recommend!

Helpful every step of the way.Purchasing our carpet 4 years ago, we chose Choices over other options due to customer service and selections. They were there to assist with our carpet purchase and even installed on Australia Day (public holiday) for us. Choices were great with helping us with a warranty issue (manufacturing fault from supplier not installation/ Choices error).Fast forward to this week, when I asked for assistance to help fix the carpet after we had some renovations done in the house. Without hesitation we're there again happy to help. Professional, friendly helpful service always.Would highly recommend.
