Installed on time and followed the contract, however the sale is very rude and aggressive toward to customer when asking to fix just after installing, even though did not ask to fix for free.

Direct Shutters were recommended by family, as they had shutters installed by these guys 10yrs prior. Direct Shutters installed 2 large shutters in our house. Quote process was straight forward and honest with no sales tactics. Price was almost half other competing quotes. On installation day the installer and electrician arrived on time and were courteous and efficient, install was done in 1.5h. Shutters are Aus made, come with guarantee and look great. Very happy.
