Steve and Chris created our absolute dream home for us! We bought a run down apartment near UNSW which had been used as a student rental and needed a lot of love.Steve helped us to create a beautiful and timeless design, optimising some of the smaller spaces to enhance functionality and create a sense of space.We did a full floor to ceiling renovation, including bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, balustrades, electrical and paint. Steve ran a very tight ship and delivered on time (to a very ambitious 10 week timeline!) and to a very reasonable budget.The whole UBK team were professional, efficient and well organised. The site stayed very clean and many of our new neighbours commented afterward that there was minimal disruption for them.We are so grateful to Steve and Chris for their wonderful customer service. They both had great communication, kept us well informed on progress and helped to explain anything we didn’t understand. The whole process was really enjoyable and we’re now living in a beautiful home that has well surpassed our expectations!Thanks UBK! We’ll be coming to you for all future Reno’s!

We were immediately put in trust at our first discussion with Steve. We showed him and explained what we wanted to do in our small bathroom. The discussion was easy, although the transformation was not easy to do.After taking the measurements, they produced a 3D image of the project and 3 weeks later they all arrived and got to work, and in a few hours our bathroom was transformed.A well qualified team, who did a great job.If you are thinking about renovating your kitchen or bathroom, go there and they are really good at it ..Charles & Jean

I am absolutely thrilled with the new kitchen, new bathroom vanity and a refurbished lounge room storage unit. The job was challenging at times because I have a funky little inner city terrace house with lots of quirks and uneven surfaces. Steve was fantastic to work with. He has the designer eye, combined with the project manager skills to make sure everything is implemented properly. I feel I got great value from UBK definitely recommend them! I will be calling on them again in a year or so to do some bedroom wardrobes.

At the end of the day, UBK have done a fantastic job, delivering a unique, dream kitchen and bathroom reno. Chris, Steve and the whole crew have been great to deal with, all the way though. The team is so down to earth and a pleasure to do business with. Had a vision of that unique style look and the company delivered satisfaction and continues workmanship to what we wanted. I don’t know how good this place is. But I met Steve for a kitchen and bathroom renovation job sounded promising. A week later I heard nothing. I follow up and was told to end of the week but heard nothing. Followed twice and didn’t hear back anymore.No courtesy to even reply.

Do yourself a favour and use Steve + UBK.I renovated my whole family home including two baths, full kitchen, painting, carpets and wardrobes. Not one single complaint. In a time of increased cost pressures Steve and the team delivered on time and on budget. Does that ever happen with big building projects? Usually no.Steve is a 10/10 guy.
