Got a gold plated keyring, and hip flask for great prices, and when I got them both engraved the did a fantastic job, the text was nicely aligned, and very well spaced. Product quality is what you pay for, and I would highly recommend their engraving and leatherwork services to anyone. I'll be back to get some more stuff from them soon.

Took my belt to put an extra hole in it. the gentleman took it off me and immediately did what he needed to do! He gave me back the belt and i went to pay him for his time and then her proceeded to say. Have a good day sir this is a free service. Made my day that someone actually did something for free and smiled... Will be back to support you guys.

These guys are awesome. They always help me out and recently cut two keys for my car after terrible service from the dealership. Both keys cost half the quote for one through the dealer where I bought the car. Josh was very friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else.

Friendly and fast service. Disappointed at pick up. My Longines watch and two other watches for battery change and they were just shoved in brown bag not even wrapped separately. That’s just feedback. They need to know to treat the watches with care, especially when there is more than one. Have two yrs warranty and will only return if I need to now.

Gave an indication of price and wait times accurately. Did the job well and replaced batteries in both analogue watches without any problem. He even said that of the battery replacement did not result in a functional watch he would not charge for the battery replacement. I am satisfied with Mister Minit Castle Towers and would go back if needed.
