Jenny and her staff are warm & friendly. Informative & honest. Aircon. They hold plenty of different styles & brand & price range of hair extension for weaves, wigs etc. She is super skilled in tight braiding and was able to make my hair long from a pixie cut. They also stock some african groceries and cold drinks.

Twice l went in to buy hair zero assistance from attendant, rudely telling me l don't have to open the hair pieces. Have a sample available, or assist me to find what l need. Never going back there!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.customer service is non existent and product is of poor quality. I came to this shop a couple of weeks ago only cause my friend has used them before and my hairdresser was overseas ,I do not like their product at all I will be going back to my hairdresser and will never stray again.Note to all....I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP AT ALL.

I wouldn't even give 1 star after seeing what you did to my sister's hair for $500 and refusing a refund. I honestly don't know how you even let her walk out of your studio looking the way it did. Absolutely horrible job. I would never recommend this place.

I had a semi decent time there, i got what i needed BUT there was a lady who was intently following me and watching me, i understand the concern for shoplifters but it made me feel quite uncomfortable and uneasy considering the way she was staring and how close she was to me even after asking her to back away. Also, as soon as i walk in the smell of fish is extremely strong so i would recommend the owner to do something about that. All in all i was fine, thank you.

Found the details of this hair studio from the internet, decided to go get some hair products I needed and I've never regretted it a single bit. Good quality hair products and at an affordable price, they also sell corn flour too.

Very poor customer service, I bought hair extensions. Which It was of a very bad and poor quality,only to return it to the shop n be told I can not exchange it nor be given my refund. Where in Australia are you not allowed to exchange a good apart from under garments??? I left her the extention and the $40. I hope it will help grow the business. Never going back there neither do I recommend it to anyone.
