Best bed I’ve ever had. Fantastic company and wonderful service. From the moment I put the order through with Luisa she was very helpful and very professional.The entire company is fantastic and very helpful. They let me know exactly when and what time the were arriving and then it was put together in seconds. I highly recommend mattresspoint.It was the best thing I ever did and wish I bought the bed sooner.

Initially I was unsure about a split adjustable beds but Norm was fantastic and answered all our questions. Prompt delivery and the queen split bed we received was great quality and at a great price...After 2 weeks and im having the best sleeps ever! Highly recommend Norm and the team!

Do not recommend themPurchased a mattress and without even taking it out of the box, I realised it wasn’t suitable for usRequested a returnThey refused to take it back initially an then they accepted to take it back but to charge me for return postage + $50 “ admin fee”The customer service is rude and dismissiveDefinitely don’t recommend shopping from them

Kiosk at Merryland Shopping Centre. Quality of matrice was not bad but lady was rude and had no idea of warranty period of base rather she was arguing if you don't jump it won't break.
