Janelle has been caring for my two labradors for around two years both washing and also visiting and feeding while we are on holidays. She is a gentle nice lady who genuinely cares for the dogs. Very Good wash, and keeps eye out for weight gain and fleas. Very thoughtful. Never misses a wash. Never cancels. V reliable.
