Be very careful before coming here ,The convinced my partner her timing chain needed to be replaced at 50,000kms, standard practice is 120,000kms they then quoted and claimed to have used genuine parts (which they didn’t use) only to then have to replace the timing chain again 5000kms later at a Mercedes’ dealership due to poor workmanship who charged half the amount as this place do yourself a favour and take it elsewhere con artist and poor mechanic

I have been using Northern BM since 2002 to service and repair the BMW's I have owned over the years.I found their customer service and workmanship to be professional, and timely. These guys are very knowledgeable and I would not take my cars anywhere else.

The guys at Northern BM are friendly, efficient, competent and competitively priced. Somehow a small scratch occurred inside the cabin of my BMW 5-Series during the service - the team took responsibility and got it fixed professionally by a third party. I couldn’t be happier with their service! Highly recommend!!

John charged me $900 for a fuel pump. Whan I questioned the bill John, became very defensive, saying he did not have time to shop around. The average cost of a fuel pump for a 318i is around $319.00. After giving me the bill John, told me my fuel tank was full of rust. How about a phone call telling me what the issues was and asking me what I wanted to do. I have also had a number of other issues with this business. I won't recommend Northern BM to anyone. Please came back Phil Ogden.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years, I bring my older & newer BMW here.The guys are amazing, always taking good care of my cars.Aside from that, the service is impeccable!Very honest and passionate about their work. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very professional team here at Northern BM. They had the issue with my X5 diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed within 2 days. Amazing service and was kept informed throughout the entire process. Will definitely be going back. Great job John and team!
