Jim's Cleaning Nightcliff Darwin team is excellent. After Bond cleaning My house was immaculate specially bathroom was mouldy but after cleaning it was spotless, kitchen was awesome and Carpet has never looked so clean. Rather than harrassing us for giving 1 star, why not focus on providing fair and better customer care? You might get 5 star in the future if you pair up with better Real estate agency, not agency like Re Central. If you’re running a business you shouldn’t expect everyone to give you 5 star rating, learn to appreciate it and take it as opportunity to improve.

I have a messed up laminate floorRing up and asked for a quote on WednesdayPineal comes around Wednesday and tells me he only does jobs that he can get a 5 star rating for (much like a lawyer who only takes cases he can win)He asks me if Saturday would be ok and I tell him that would be fine. I know it's a big job and I can't do it without professional helpIts 3pm Saturday and not only did he not turn up he didn't even call me back to say he wasn't coming aroundPoor service and poor mannersOnly able to clean the easy jobs it would seem

Jim's Cleaning Nightcliff were recommended by my real estate agent, Real Estate Central. Pinal came out in advance and gave an honest quote for vacate cleaning the troppo home I had been living in for a few years.Due to the need to clean elevated fans and work across three floors, and the openness of the property meaning walls were marked, the service was not cheap, but the quality of the cleaning work was great, and Pinal and his team returned to correct a couple of minor things at no extra cost. I might have been able to find a cheaper service, but Jim's made things hassle free.
