Would not recommend them at all. My ex had work done by them then told them that I had stolen the money so they reissued another invoice to include my name. Then got creditors to threaten me with court proceedings

I have been going to this shop for the past 3 months ever since I came to live in the Redlands. I have always found the shop staff to be polite and helpful. Their knowledge of pools and is excellent and their advice always good.I had a problem with my filter and thought I would be up for a new one. They came to my home at no charge and were able to find the problem and fix at minimal cost, saving me having to buy a new filter. Very trustworthy.I am really happy with the service here.

Very impressed with Brett Pool technician. He just replaced my chlorinator cell and was so knowledgeable on all aspects of the pool and very friendly giving great customer service.

The team at Poolwerx Birkdale have serviced my pool in Gumdale for the last 6 years. The pool has been tricky at times because of it's size and because it has an in-floor cleaning system which had a few teething problems. Poolwerx Birkdale went above and beyond to make sure that my pool was always sparkling and clean - they've even dived in wetsuits to unblock the in-floor cleaning system! I highly recommend Brian and Marilynne's team for reliable and excellent customer service at a very reasonable price.

Pool shops are two a penny but good pool shops with staff who know their stuff and really care about customer experience are far rarer. Poolwerx Birkdale are a rare gem. I have always found them very helpful and prompt. I have never felt hassled into buying anything I didn't need and have often left with advice on how to fix a problem I thought might need a replacement part. If you're looking for advice, servicing or new equipment, this is the best pool shop in the Redlands, bar none.

We have been going to this shop for the past year and Cameron and Brian and their team are just fantastic.They are ethical, friendly and really have years of experience. We had a problem with a pool cleaner we had bought elsewhere on the internet and they went out of their way to help us out.They are the guys who will call you back and get your problem sorted.

I always get good service from Marilyn. She's always ready to give advice to ensure your pool gets into back into good shape. The quality of equipment is good and they do try and have all the latest gear at fairly reasonable prices.
