Adora Handmade Chocolates - Parramatta

The chocolates and drinks were okay but my god the service woman of this establishment need to have a better attitude. So hostile and unwelcoming. It's a place for chocolates, chocolates should evoke fun and happiness when you are visiting an establishment specifically made for that. But it's the opposite here.The attender was so intimidating that I did not get half of my order right. And there was no thank you ! , I just spent$ 230 in your establishment and there's no sense of being welcomed back again.Expensive chocolates, okay taste and poor service. That's Adora for you.

Worst customer service. The lady was so hostile and seemed to not want to be there. Perhaps she’s not receiving support from top management (she complained that the store was short staffed); however it does not excuse her poor attitude/behaviour. I don’t understand why she bothers to work there. She clearly hates dealing with people. I can see from the other reviews that the owner has not bothered to address this issue. Such a shame, the chocolates are amazing though.

It's a very nice place, quiet and looks exclusive. I enjoyed the hot chocolate but it tasted too strong. I had ti fill it up with hot water again. The chocolates and truffles are really good. My friend had soy latte and he said it wasn't the best but if would do. The place creates a very peaceful atmosphere and a wide variety of selection gives it extra points. I would definitely comeback especially if I want to meet with somebody for a quick catch up and afternoon coffee. I haven't tried other flavours yet but so far, experience have been good.

Went to the Parramatta store today. Amazing hot chocolate. Service was impeccable. Clean premises, friendly staff and delicious treats. Will be back.

Came here today for the first time to get a box of chocolates to try out and had the worst service in town, so I decided not to go ahead with my order. You are not worth my business if you do not know how to treat your customers with respect. Never again!

The chocolates are delicious but it can be hard to choose which one to get. Coffee also very good.

Rachael and Naomi are so welcoming and warm. Such lovely young women who make great coffee and put a smile on my face everutime i see them. Great chocolate with great staff.

As many other reviewers mention the attitude of the service woman was horrendous. I asked for a free chocolate after drinking my hot chocolate as it is Adoras norm and she said she has to first confirm if we haven't taken it before. She went in and came back after 5 mins. A mere common sense that some one won't lie for a chocolate would only bring her success. If she already knew that then a good work on attitude building is recommended. I only hope she is not racist as most of the people who encountered bad service as per reviews do belong to different race than her. The other service lady who served us initially was great.Another observation is Parramatta is the worst rated Adora store off all the seven stores they have.

Best hot chocolate in Sydney! Very sweet and rich just how I like it. Costs $7 for a large but it's well worth it and also comes with a chocolate. Free 15 minute parking directly outside
