From the initial in-store selection of flooring, the measure and quote and the installation, the service was professional and meticulous.Jayden installed the vinyl, while Jasper and Kenny installed the carpet. Relative helpful staff, okay products, and a good store layout. However if the staff were more attentive and able to answer more questions it would be much better.

We had to get new carpet due to flooding from storm. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Went out if their way to be accommodating especially Emily. Also the three men who laid carpet were great Very courteous professional and very clean. Did a great job. Highly recommend this business

We bought a rug. Took only 5 business days to arrive. Staff were super friendly and professional. They were cheaper than all the places we looked at. Very happy with purchase.

Absolute rip off of a place. Carpet I chose was $286 a linear metre. With 15 linear metres of area to cover. totalling of $4890 installed according to the girl on the phone. My invoice total is $6,575 so i asked Ivan how he reached this figure.. the amount of add on's they included was ridiculous and even then it still didn't total up to the invoice total and it seems he added some extra money on for good luck... this is a breakdown off my invoice that ivan explained to me over the phone, as the invoice had no breakdown of costs at all.$35 a linear metre for underlayFreight and bailing fee $150Trims $200 - ?!?!$75 travel fee (I live 25km away)also an extra $40 per lineal metre installation fee adding up to an extra $600 despite the girl on the phone saying it was $4890 installed making it an extra $326 not $600 as ivan said the quote included.If you are going to purchase from here (I would strongly advise not to) you should ask for a breakdown of the quote. Even with an added 10% GST the quote did not add up to all the costs Ivan added on to the cost of the carpet. An unexplained $250 was still on the quote.I've called around a few places - even another carpet court in essendon, the only extra charge they add on is an extra $26 per sqm for underlay on top of the advertised price in the store, for fitted carpet. If you are within an hours drive of the store there is no travel fee. Out of 4 more stores I have spoken to, non of them add all these extras onto an invoice. One store even laughed when I told them they added $200 worth of trims for 15 lineal metres and said they don't charge for stuff like that.Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't be surprised if they've completely over measured my floor... will find out this week when another carpet company comes to measure up.
