Luke and his team built a second storey extension to help us all fit into the house. The project ran very quickly and smoothly and we are delighted with the result. It looks as if it has always been there, it's attractive and well built. Hiccoughs were minor and dealt with smoothly and professionally. The team are all courteous and hardworking. We went through quite an intense process looking for a builder to take on our home extension project…. the reason why we ultimately decided to go with XL Built was their sheer professionalism and we weren’t let down. We hired XL Built to extend and renovate our home. Luke and his team were able to pick up the plans done by a previous draftsman to execute the vision we had for our renovation and do it with patience, care and attention to detail.
