I contacted Glass Now on a Saturday via their online quote option for a pet door installation and had a response from Janice an hour later, then I replied on Sunday with adjustments and Janice responded again within an hour ! I didn’t even bother getting another quote. Then the tech that came to measure up arrived on time and the installer arrived 5 minutes early 6 days after ahead of 7 day estimated scheduled manufacture time … can’t recommend enough .. fabulous service, great product !

The staff were really helpful and friendly. We had a few technical issues to overcome with our original door selection and they were really great at helping to work out a different type of dog door and how they could work with us to achieve what we needed. I would definitely go with them again. Great work guys!

Installed a large pet door in glass.Requested a quote via website. Someone was in contact the next day to organise quote. Once quoted and measured, it was a 10 day turn around. Very happy with the final product and very professional team. Was updated via text and email throughout entire process! 100% would recommend.
