Mr & Mrs Domestic Cleaning ACT

My experience with Lindsay Palko from Mr and Mrs Domestic Cleanning was one I would not want anyone else to experience. DO NOT USE!Where to start. Lindsay contacted me after I put a post up on social media looking for an Airbnb cleaner. I met with Lindsay shortly after to show him the apartment and go through what was needed for each turnover. Lindsay completed two cleans for me in the week, the first clean was ok - we ran through some things that were missed and he was happy to ensure they were done the next time - I was more than happy to give him a second. We are human after all.The second clean was absolutely terrible. Full dishwasher, toilet rolls out, dirty fridge with food in it, coffee all over balcony - the list is endless. I called Lindsay to see if he could come back in to rectify the issues before my guests came the next day, he was more than happy to do so. Lindsay DID NOT SHOW. He didn’t not answer his phone. He had all my linen.I got a message from his wife explaining a medical emergency., I instantly felt so bad.. but without his knowledge I work in the ward his wife said he was in and to my surprise he was never admitted.I tried and to get my linen back to no avail. Until advising him I would be seeking legal advice, to which he responded to with in hours (first communication in 5/6 days. He said he had shown up to the Airbnb to put the linen (I had guests staying, he had no permission to do so, and thankfully I change the code to the lock box so he couldn’t just walk in on my guests)I finally met him at his house, if only reviews let me share photos of the mess and dirt where his clients clean linen was scrumpled and thrown. Clean linen staked next to a big tray of cigarette where he sits and smokes around all the “clean and fresh” linen which had hairs all through it.When I collected my linen more than half was missing and he couldn’t locate it. He was more than happy to pay me the money to replace what he lost which I am grateful for.I hope this review helps you in determining if you should use his services. I most definitely will never recommend anyone to him. Stay away!

I used them on my investment property that is with airb&bThey did such a good jobThey even offered to look after bookings for me as i live in sydney they now have become my eyes for my property which takes most the stress out of running themI was so impressed i gave them five of my properties to look after .Thank you Lindsay and Raylee.So glad i found you.
