Just on 50 years ago, I purchased, in Auckland, a Kenwood Mini Mixer model no. A345, made in England. Apart from some bushes/brushes being replaced 30 years ago, I have used my mixer every week and it has never missed a beat. It just shows you what buying a good brand can give you. Sadly I was taught that you need to pay for quality. But my $80 kenwood kmix toaster stopped working just out of the the 1 year warranty, and never really worked well anyway.. Always burnt one side of the toast. The homebrand one from target at least lasted 5 years for $15!

I bought Kenwood car head unit DDX917WS. Only 2 years ago. Now this unit won't let me connect my phone and all functions start to unresponsive. I did everything I could includeing update frimwere but not luck. Finally I call to Kenwood Australia. And they mantion me we can't do anything I'm sorry.

Purchased a Kenwood head unit. Became faulty during the warranty period. Worse customer service ever experienced. 3 weeks and no updates and no remedy provided. Buy this brand at you own peril!

I have recently purchased multipro compact FDM302SS from The Good Guy and I am extremely happy with this. It’s exactly serving my purpose. However I have requested a replacement lid and pusher of the processor bowl from Kenwood Australia Customer Care Service. They took really good care of my queries and send me the replacements which I required for.Thank You Kenwood.

I have to say that I will think twice before buying another product from Kenwood. I bought the latest Kenwood mixer in July 2020 and every time I used. ItIt would leaked oil from a bolt near where the attachment go then the whole piece became loose so I called Kenwood and they sent me to a repair place in Dandenong Melbourne Australia where they told me one and half weeks for the repair. After that time and no word from the repairer I rang to be told that they would look at it that day ( That’s after the finally found it )When I got it back there were scratches and dints on the machine so I complained to Kenwood again and asked for a replacement as it was still under guarantee and they agreed but I was to return my machine first and then they would sent the new oneI called Kenwood again after another week and I was told it had left the wear house last Friday 7th of MayAnother week later still no news I again called Kenwood and was told good news its on board for delivery to there agent today when I hadn’t heard by four this afternoon I called the repair mob again and was told no nothing here will follow it up on Monday then I tried to call Kenwood and get answer machine that the phones are not maned at this timeI have to say I’m very disappointed with the service or lack of any I bought the mixer because I’m a baker not to wait for weeks for these people to get their act togetherNo one takes any responsibility and I have had enough

I purchased the Kenwood FDM302SS food processor from The Good Guys.I had gone into the store to buy one of the Nutri Bullet appliances to make protein shakes. As the Kenwood food was only $20 more I bought it.Unfortunately it’s rubbish for making protein shakes. The glass blender component doesn’t break up the pieces of avocado I put in my shakes, so have chunky lumps in my drink. The smaller glass grinder gets stuck to the base due to the rubber seal.I’m going to see if I can return it and swap for the Nutri bullett.

I have a few Kenwood kitchen appliances and have only ever had one minor issue over the years. One quick email to customer support, and I had a replacement part delivered to home within a week. I purchased the Kenwood Multi Pro Express + Weigh December 30 2021I used it for the first time a week later to cream (soft) butter and sugar using the mixer attachment.I found a shred of grey plastic in the mixture and discovered that the drive shaft had been damaged.To set up the machine I use the paper copy of the manual and my husband checked that I had followed the instructions since it was the first time it had been used.I want answers to the following:1. How did this happen when I followed Kenwood instructions?2. Are Kenwood prepared to replace the plastic driveshaft under warranty?3. How can I make sure this does not happen in future?I have contacted Kenwood 4 times with Zero response. NOT HAPPY
