After a year of average pool servicing, Scott was irritated that I chose a pool expert I had worked with before to replace my filter, had a go at me about it on the phone and then just didn't turn up for any more servicing, without telling me he was going to cancel. Unprofessional and terrible attitude.

These guys know what they're doing!They helped us with our pool problems cleared it up nicely at a minimal cost. Other pool shops just try to sell you products but Kingscliff Pool Shop staff actually care and give great professional advice. Highly recommend.

Owner moaned he didn’t like my “attitude” in my tone. Maybe I forgot to say “please”, maybe he’d had a bad day, but his response was over the top. He turned away from me and proceeded to ignore me to the apparent surprise of other customers. So I turned around and walked out.

Mortified by the behavior of the people here. The larger of the Scotts abused my grandmother after she asked him to clean the pool and he decided it was too dirty, after not coming for 10 days from her original phone call. He even closed the door behind her so he could yell at her more without anyone hearing him! Imagine an 80 year old woman being shut in and yelled at by a large, aggressive man. This is after YEARS of being a loyal customer. If I was with her I would have called the cops on him. If this is the kind of business you want to trust around your family, that’s your choice, but I would avoid at all costs.
