Kozy Kids Glenside

We started at Maylands and followed them to Glenside as soon as we found out they were opening.The staff have been all so amazing, accommodating and easy to talk to. Have yet to have a problem in the 3 years we have been with them.I have had 2 of my boys go through with them, and my last one is due to start soon.Definitely recommend going in and checking them out!

Our little lad loves it here, all the staff are brilliant. Brand new centre with great facilities. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I am giving this feedback based on the fact that my child loves come here.She has been assisting to the service for a while now and she has developed a good relationship with the educators. Her primary care is Belinda and my baby really love her, as well as the other educators in her classroom, she has lots of fun during the day an even she is excited to me to pick her up at the afternoon she wanted to show me around before leave.The Educators in the baby room all are really kind, and caring. Sometimes I forget put a name level in some belongings and never lost anything the care enough to do not lost anything.My baby started here at 13 months old with out speak English as we only speak Spanish at home and she quickly started to says a lot of words, like parts of her body, modals and dancing steps that she learned on childcare. So I really happy with the stimulation that my little girl has gotten during her time at a Kozy Kids.About the administrative team, they has been really supportive with our family, specifically Michele, every time that we come with an special request they were really kind and open to helping us.

I have had multiple children attend Kozy Kids over several years (at the old Mayland's and the new Glenside centres). I have only ever found the staff to be lovely and genuinely interested in supporting children's growth. The staff seem to enjoy working here, and there is minimal turnover of educators. My children report that the food is delicious, and the daily updates/ communication is good. Without any doubt, I would recommend Kozy Kids.

My son spent 1 year happy time here from baby room to toddler. Rooms are clean, parents need to take off shoes to enter baby room, which is very impressive and super good to little ones. Educators are patient and nice and help us get through the Covid time. I will miss the baby room time. Thanks everyone we meet here. Best wishes!

My son attends Kozy Kids at Glenside and we love it. Their ‘Primary Carer’ model ensures your child has someone who knows them very well, caring and advocating for them. Great communication, state of the art facilities and a Manager who has her finger on the pulse in all areas. It’s a very caring environment and has a great feel to it, which makes you feel comfortable at drop offs. Would highly recommend!

Have experienced all 3 kozy kids (glenside, goldem grove and maylands before it closed) including another childcare, the difference was incredible and all 3 kozy kids were head and shoulders above the other. The story park app keeps you up to date with what you're child does day to day and the staff are all brilliant. Couldn't recommend them more for your kids

Could not be more pleased with the Kozy kids staff.My 2 children are so happy here and that makes me smile .The centre itself is so lovely with beautiful rooms and a fantastic outdoor environment including a vegetable garden cared for mostly by the children .Thanks go to all staff for helping my kids grow and learn.

Worst childcare we never experienced at kozy kids glenside. We didnt get any daily update about children so we had no idea how our kids were doing. All the stuff said different things when incident happend. No communication. We took out our kids when I heard one of the educator used F"word to children. I heared from other parent that director doent like kids to play inside much because they dont want any damage on the wall. Unbelievable. this is not kids friendly place."
