This is a great childcare place. Modern & quite flash! Friendly, caring staff. The kids love coming here & get great experiences. Very safe & secure. Highly recommended.

Excellent childcare centre. Wonderful staff, caring and supportive.

Absolutely disgusted the staff pretend they care and listen to what you say but the times I dropped my son off and he was so upset was told he was going to be cared for and i would come back and there would be almost nothing gone from his drink bottle, saying he was hungry (I even packed him food to make sure he didn't get hungry) and soaked nappy. They falsify the app with their activities for the day and he would be standing on his own absolutely bawling his eyes out no educator in sight only to be told he had a good day and only started crying. Well no I know my son and that wasn't him just starting to cry he was on the brink of hyperventilating multiple times and would become hysterical when I would say let's go to childcare. Whilst being lied to about how he had a good day I had one good educator who actually would tell me the truth and say no he has been quiet emotional all day he never got used to going there he said they were mean to him. I decided to pull him out as he was beside himself every time and never got used to it. I have enrolled him in early access pre school and he absolutely loves it not one problem he is happy. Have not left him there crying or picked him up crying such a big difference. I told the staff at nido how I settle him if he is upset and not one person listened to me. If you want to pay for child to have a bad experience then this is the place for you. Dont hesitate and enroll your child now if you love seeing your child upset. Dont let those staged smiling photos of children fool you. They were not helpful at all the old manager was great new one couldn't care less my concerns fell on deaf ears.
