Rooms are rather basic and seem to be in need of modernisation. Restaurant was generally good but when the owners son recommended the cheesecake desert . It came directly out of the freezer and was inedible. A basic mistake.

Service was fantastic. Meals were delicious. Room was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. Showers were hot and strong. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Being a full time Motel & Resort Managers i can highly recommend this motel.The current managers have been here for 13 years, I hope that the owners appreciate the effort & love that they put in the presentation and service.I believe that they only came for a 2 week relief, 13 years later they are still showing the love that is needed to run a successful business.Congratulations to the current management for the attention to detail and the housekeeper's for the cleanliness of the rooms.The shower pressure & cleanliness are amazing. Great value accomodation. Super friendly staff and management. The property is really well maintained. Comfy beds, good showers and excellent amenities, including free clothes washer and dryer.

We stopped in here for a motor cross trip and we didn’t have high expectations. But the rooms were comfortable and central for what we required. The Bathrooms were clean. As a cleaner this is what I look at while I am away.

Have stayed here a couple of times and it's been excellent every time. Very clean, quite big rooms and good sized bathrooms with big showers. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend to anyone driving up or down the coast.

Great place to stay in Bulahdelah. Rooms are a good size, car parks actually accommodate large 4x4s, it's a 10 minute walk to the pub, has a terrific restaurant onsite and is next door to a service station. Job done I reckon.

Just of the highway 1 hour North of Newcastle and 2 hours South of Port Macquarie. Google services. I've accidentally left some item's behind. They contacted me and were only to happy to post back to Queensland. Would recommend to stay for budget Motor Inn

Excellent friendly service. Great parking.Spotlessly clean rooms. Even had ice.Very comfortable beds. Quiet.Restaurant has marvellous ambience.Food in restaurant was superb, Pork cutlets melted in your mouth and vegetables were beautifully prepared and served. Couldn't fault. 10 out of 10.

Lovely overnight stay at this motel just off the Pacific Highway. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and friendly staff. The restaurant on site provided delicious meals. We had crispy skin duck with plum ginger sauce and pork cutlet in plum sauce. Very nice! I was impressed that the motel provided a bucket in the room to place recyclables such as glass, plastics and paper. Good to see this motel taking responsible initiatives. Seems simple but providing short clear instructions on what to do with general rubbish and bathroom towels is a great idea. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would stay again.
