Just had to leave a review for this genuinely lovely and professional builder! The patience and attention to detail we received really made our home build an enjoyable experience. Even when I couldn't make my mind up on certain aspects of the build there was always careful guidance and thorough communication from the owner.We've had bad experiences in the past with off the plan builders who rushed our build, cut corners and kept us in the dark. A friend of ours recommended CMS Conway after they'd built their dream home so we decided to get in touch. From the first meeting we knew that this was the builder for us. The professionalism and integrity we received all the way through to lockup stage was better than we've ever experienced.Even after the floods when materials became harder to get we barely had any delays. Their operations team kept the whole experience smooth, we didn't feel stressed once.We highly recommend CMS Conway and have to all my friends looking to build now.Thanks again guys, our family loves our new home!

I gave this business one star because I was unable to give a minus rating. It was the lowest I could go!Our experience with Conway CMS was an absolute nightmare. We lost our home in the Nymboida Bushfires November 2019. We engaged Conway CMS to rebuild and that decision has left us full of regret ever since.The workmanship was absolutely appalling! The invoices they gave us were really vague and we had no idea what we were paying for.They underquoted and overcharged us so much money. We were even charged for the mistakes that THEY made. They quoted us $25k for the concrete slabs and then charged us $63k! The concrete slab was too high!!There was absolutely no communication, contrary to the Web Page , and we had NO meetings about the work done or the finances (although our contract specified that we were to have regular meetings).We trusted this builder to do the right thing by us, but we do believe that we were taken advantage of because of our traumatic circumstances. We gave them our budget before the build began, and as we came closer to the end of our funds we started to question just where the money was going. Conway CMS then cancelled our contract and left us with a half built house.We still don't have a completed house.Ours is not an isolated incident. There are many others in the village of Nymboida that have been mistreated by Conway CMS.DO NOT engage Conway CMS to do any building or renovation work!!

I am writing this as a Subcontractor who has worked with Conway CMS. Steve is very professional, very exacting and committed to a very high standard of work. Steve is a man of his word- he is where he says he will be and when, he is completely transparent in his business dealings and engenders trust in those he works with. After working for many other contractors over many years, I would say Steve is a standout and I wish him every success in his new homes and renovation business. I would recommend Conway CMS as a very wise choice for anyone needing a great builder.

After receiving excellent feedback from a friend, I decided to engage Conway Contracting and Management Services to renovate an existing building, creating a separate wing with new entrance and balcony for a studio style holiday accommodation unit.I found Steve to be very easy to work with right from the quoting and planning stages through to completion. He quickly visualised my ideas and created a plan that was easy for me to follow, suggesting many excellent changes to my initial design. He kept me updated every day and always turned up when he said he would.Steve has a real eye for detail and ensures his work is perfect. He also supervises all sub-contractors and expects top quality work from them also. I was impressed with their respect for Steve and his team.Having had negative experiences with past renovations, I was dreading this one.
