Absolutely first class service requiring a specialty cut viewing glass for a bbq hood, living local last time we had to go to Darra to get a glass replacement, James Glass at Capalaba could not have been better, good price, great service,would not hesitate to recommend and will be first stop now for anything glass or doors

Words can not describe how poor the customer service is at the Capalaba branch.Tried calling through periodically throughout the latter part of the day and they just ignore every single phone call. (holding out until knock off when they can run away home)If you can take your business elsewhere, do it.They couldn't care less about you, and they make it really clear.

Our house has some old bifold doors and the handles had broken, Mel was excellent in helping us identify the parts and order them in, great customer service and the parts came in promptly and were much cheaper than we had feared they were going to be... Thanks Mel.

Seriously unimpressed!Ordered a window without reveals. They took my balance of payment and then gave the window - with reveals. I told them I didn't want reveals, she told me it would be easy to take them off. I took it home and tried - it wasn't easy, so I took it back and asked them to take it off. They said they could but it would cost me $80. With that they said you should have checked your paperwork ". Well yes I should have
