Great bunch of blokes and very professional.

Update: issues still not fixed.Update: A representative from Brisbane Builders has called me and attended my home. It appears rectification work may start soon. Will update review once work has been completed.I recently purchased an apartment from a Developer that used this mob. Their Customer Service is beyond appalling. Whilst it is common for new buildings to have defects, what’s not common, is radio silence from the builder. We have been given no updates, no turnaround times or even an estimate on when rectification works might start to take place. They never answer their main phone line, which either rings out or divert straight to voicemail… Depending on what day you call. All we are asking for is communication and time frames. This is my home for goodness sake. I’m starting to think that the defects will never be fixed.
