I was trying to get a replacement tap for my hot water unit. I was referred to Reece Camberwell by the distributor, given the #part number and was advised the maximum I should expect to pay. Good start!However, when I rang Reece, Camberwell the bloke had no record on his system of the part. OK.. I described what I needed. The guy I spoke to then asked me if I had ...been quoted a price" and "...what was it?"I told him that this was not the way to do business

I went Reece in Camberwell because my gas hot water unit didn’t working properly since it has been installed. Sometimes has hot water and sometimes has COLD water. They organise the after sales team and the issue is sorted :)!A big thank you to Brad and Graig!!!

We bought some small connectors for taps and the quality seems good. Not cheap though. Bunnings may have items for cheap, but I think Reece knows their stuff well. Staff is friendly.
