Located 14 km from the Bruce Highway partially via a well maintained gravel road this restaurant sits in the old Anderleigh vineyard. The vineyard is not operational anymore but some vines are still growing around the restaurant. It is all brand spanking new and just opened at Christmas 2018. The menu has something for everybody but mostly with Asian influences. We tried 4 dishes which were all 4 or 5 stars. The entourage is simple and even a bit bare. It misses a bit of ambience. They are also catering for larger parties, weddings and conferences. The place is owned by a Chinese lady who lives in Brisbane. The Asian influence is noticeably in the menu and not only by the meals but also by the spelling mistakes. All in all the service was excellent and we welcome this new newby in the neighbourhood. They also sell a variety of skincare products by the name of Anderleigh Aga which seems a bit of an awkward combination with a restaurant. Prices are very reasonable and the wine list is good. i will definitely return here.

Had a lovely stay and tasting!!! The owner is a sweetheart and goes the extra mile to make sure that you enjoy your stay. And kangaroos and wallabies, sooo many of them, what a lovely surprise for the end of our incredible day!!!Highly recommended!!!

The place is OK for camping with the exception of the expensive showers!$5 for 1 person$7 for 2 people$10 for 3 peopleMadness! The Taiwanese food though was some of the worst I've ever been served. I ordered the Kung Pao Prawns & Special Fried Rice. The food was barely warm, I got only 3 prawns in the Kung Pao Prawn dish but lots & lots of onion & carrot. The Special Fried Rice was not at all special, it was oily & again barely warm with no meat in the rice, it was just rice with lots of onion & carrot again! I've never, ever been served Special Fried Rice without meat before! It also took 1 hour from ordering to picking up our take away.My advice, take your own food if camping here.

If nothing else, come here for the food!!! It is authentic, excellent and great value. Dine in or takeaway, I did both! Enjoyed it so much I ordered a bunch of takeaway meals to take with us on the road. There is no longer a winery or vineyards here, they have been dug out. The wine they sell is from the McLaren Vale in SA. The business is “Transitioning” to a RV/Caravan/Camping park. At present there is just lots of space for you to park or camp. Fires are welcome so bring some wood if you wish. There are lots of kangaroos and wallabies on the site and also some ducks and geese wondering around. If you are looking for space,serenity/peace and quiet then this is a good spot. Sunset is fantastic. There are new toilet facilities but as yet no hot showers. Power is available by way of a few external power points from the main building. There is no water for hook up but there is a hose with potable water if you need it. The daily rate is very reasonable depending on if you want power and if you spend any money on wine or food or just choose to park up. Rachael the host is very accomodating and helpful with anything you need, but yes - as someone has said in a previous review she has a strong Taiwanese accent, so you will need to listen hard if you are not used to the language. But I found that no issue - just be polite and say you didn’t understand something.

What a serene and relaxing place to spend 4days. Rachael is fantastic and nothing is a bother to her. We only had other people here for 2 nights, weather has been great, scenery fantastic, amenities clean. Restaurant food is 5star, they actually opened the restaurant and wine tasting for us on the Monday evening, so friendly and accomodating, for a relaxing quiet time we will be back, thank you Rachael

This place is so peaceful and Rachael is awesome. She is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The restaurant is plain but the food is fabulous. If you are after somewhere to camp or caravan without the noise and you don't mind not having all the Ritz of a big caravan park, try Anderleigh. The Mango or Pineapple smoothies are exquisite. There is an amenities block and 4 powered sites. Wine tasting, skin care products, Thai restauran, Kangaroos and a delightful chatty hostess.
