Apple Carindale

Apple Carindale is by far my most favourite store to shop at for my Apple products. Staff are extremely polite and friendly, especially the greeters at the door. Knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

First visit for me to any Apple Store. Always thought it was for young tech geniuses. Big problem with old phone but was sorted out promptly by all the staff concerned with my issue. In the end had a great result thanks to young Laura who was extremely helpful and understanding with the set up of my new phone which I am very happy with and amazed at the affordability and seamless transition. Big thumbs up to Laura.

I just want to say a BIG thank you to Sarah for her exceptional service coupled with kindness today. My IPhone would not turn on after installing the latest update - I did not even have to attend my Genius Bar appointment as she fixed the problem once she checked me in and I told her why I was there - she was super helpful and provided me with some iPhone tips I wasn’t aware of. Sarah is an asset to Apple Carindale! Thanks again for making my day Sarah :)

The Carindale Apple Store is the epitome of exceptional customer service.I went into store originally alongside a friend who was getting a repair. After I expressed interest in upgrading my device I was helped by Will to set up my account and transfer my device. This interaction unfortunately went past closing hours and we stayed back 1 hour after closing. Throughout this hour the whole team who was working was supportive and assuring that it was not a problem for them to stay and help. After some technical issues with a 3rd party provider I left with my plan unfinished.I was contacted throughout the week from the Apple Support team, assuring me that this issue will be fixed. They were proactive and clear in their correspondence so I was able to come back into store ASAP. I came back into store and was greeted by Brandon. Brandon finished the setup of my new device, showed me all the relevant features and was a friendly face during this stressful experience. All the issues were clearly communicated and explained in terminology I understand.I cannot recommend this store high enough. The friendly staff, clean environment, willingness to help and proactivity is only a few of many features that makes Apple Carindale an amazing store.

Exceptional service from staff at Carindale store. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Despite being busy, we were not hurried through our appointment and left with our issues sorted. Thank you Steven and Shaun.

Had a lovely staff member who helped us source what we needed. After sales transaction he answered other questions we had dealing with other Apple products. He was happy to spend time explaining which item would be best suited to our needs. This shop had plenty of staff available to help customers & it had space to move in, unlike the Robina Apple store.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Apple Store Carindale to address an issue with my MacBook Air's keyboard. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be an absolute nightmare and left me feeling extremely unsatisfied with the service I received.It all started when I accidentally spilled soup on my new MacBook Air’s keyboard, causing the return and shift keys to become sticky but working fine. I thought I could handle the situation on my own. However, I made a mistake and ended up breaking a small pin while attempting the cleaning process.In need of assistance, I decided to visit the Apple Store and explain my situation to one of their employees. To my disappointment, the representative who assisted me seemed completely clueless about how to handle the issue. Instead of providing a helpful solution, she simply returned with replacement keys that were flat and non-clickable. Her explanation was that the liquid had caused the keys to malfunction and i need to replace the whole keyboard panel for almost $800, even though the spill had occurred seven days ago and the keys were working just five minutes prior to my visit.When I requested to inspect the keys myself, the employee reluctantly removed them, and to my surprise, the keys were perfectly fine and undamaged. However, she struggled to reattach them properly, and when I inquired about finding an expert who could do it, she blatantly stated that no one in the store was capable of replacing just two key caps. I was shocked and infuriated by this response. If Apple Store Carindel, an official Apple store, cannot even replace two key caps, then who can?Leaving the store with the key caps in my hand, detached from my keyboard, was the final straw for me. I entered the store seeking professional assistance, but instead, I received subpar service and an unhelpful attitude. As someone who has cleaned under keys in the past for my old MacBook Pro, I simply wanted an expert to handle the job on my 2 months old new MacBook Air, which I value greatly.This whole experience has left me feeling utterly dissatisfied with the level of service provided at Apple Store Carindale. I expected better from a renowned company like Apple, and I strongly believe that they should invest in training their staff to handle basic issues like key cap replacements.

The female manager-employee verbally abused me today 03/03/2023 about 2:20 pm and kept gaslighting me by telling me that I damaged the internal pin in the charging port and saying that this wasn't from normal use and hence wasn't covered under warranty. Was so rude and made me feel terrible. This will be the last time I ever deal with apple and their terrible employees.
