Amazing food experience with great views. The food was on par with high-end European restaurants, will definitely come back when in Hunter Valley. Deck booking recommended.

A beautiful peaceful ambient setting. Food was superb and service was faultless (thanks Boris and the lady).The set menu was spot on and the wine was also superb. Possibly the best fine dining experience in the hunter valley.

Hunters Quarter
I recently photographed a wedding at Hunters Quarter and I just loved it. It was only a relatively small wedding with two long tables and a head table and it worked perfectly. It was modern and very elegant, the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food looked amazing.Hopefully I will get to go back soon as it is a great space that couples will love for their wedding day.

Beautiful place for fine dining, loved the outdoor seating area. The food was delicious, couldn't have asked for more on beautiful sunny day. Dessert is must try. They have separate kids menu with vegetarian option.

The lovely Jen, great smile, met us at the door and made sure we were seated and looked after. I’m dairy free and it wasn’t a problem at all. Worked the menus around me. Views and staff were excellent. Boris was so professional and knew everything about the menu and wines.Hamish, such a beautiful young man and clearly passionate about his job. We will be back and deserves all the awards given

A superb long slow Sunday lunchThe views are outstanding as you drive up to the Pooles Rock vineyard & prepares you for the great experience coming up. We were warmly greeted & shown to our outdoor table facing the water hole surrounded by rolling hills & vineyards. Peaceful, serene & simply breath taking - it was a view that transports you to somewhere like Tuscany (in my mind!). Lunch is straightforward at $110/head for 3 courses. The menu has a nice variety & we spent time mulling over the interesting options while sipping on a nice bubbly. Overall the food that arrived was excellent. Delicious, fresh & the chef knows his cooking technique well, allowing the food to stand out whilst enhancing it with just the right flavours, spices & combinations. Everything was simply so well put together. The portions though not overly large was just right for a long lunch & we left without feeling bloated! Service is professional & helpful. The staff truly seemed to want you to just sit back, relax & enjoy the experience. The wonderful views served as the perfect backdrop. Highly recommend this place but reservations are necessary (there is a waitlist!)

No one leaves under rate star.. I was very curious how come..? But u know what I agreed..100% recommends and you won't regret to have dinner here.Stiff were very friendly and very knowledgeable.We went with 4 of us and we ordered most of everything on 110 course menus.. all I can say is that presentation and taste were great..Without bookings and gave us table on Saturday at 1930, it was amazingNice views with sunset and looking at wineries. Variety of drink choices..

We have dined here a few times over the years since they opened and have always enjoyed it (as have others that we have recommended the restaurant to).We had the 5 course degustatation menu last night and the food was all fantastic. The staff are all friendly and the view is always amazing.

Amazing food with wonderful service.The view out to the vineyard is just magical.If you are heading to the Hunter Valley you have to visit Hunters Quarter
