Ti-Tree Village Port Douglas Holiday Apartments

We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our 3yo at ti-tree and it was everything we could have asked for. Comfortable and well equipped accomodation including laundry and kitchen. Beds were comfy and it had adequate cooling. Pool was great because it had a shade cover so good for kids. We loved the location - could walk to the IGA, Wildlife Habitat and a great local restaurant. Scott and Cheryl were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay spot on. Can’t wait to come back.

Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious with balcony and patio. It had plenty of cooking appliances, most were brand new. The washing machine and dishwasher were great to have.The complex has a pool and tennis court.It is well-located, only a 5 min. walk to the Four Mile Beach. There are some nice dining options nearby, and it's only a 5min. drive to Port Douglas town center.The place was well managed and maintained by Scott and Cheryl. They were helpful, friendly and informative.I would highly recommend this place for families.

Very clean place and well priced. Wifi is a bit tricky but we were at the back of the area. Everything else was as it should be. Air conditioning worked well. Owners are genuine people. We will definitely book here again on our next trip.

Stayed in room 28Didn't realise each apartment is rented separately. Main light in back room wasn't working , needed to always use bedside lamps. Laundry tap was done so tightly couldn't use it . Back slide door was very heavy to open not sure if needed maintenance a clean or wheels . The vertical blinds needed a good amount of force to slide open and close. Quiet during the day and if you want sleep be wary of the bats nearby . They are quite noisy . Manager out front he was helpful . Short reception hoursAs per reply from resort manager the blinds were used correctly with the plastic rod that is attached . To twist the blinds open to divert the light and the to move all the blinds back towards the wall the front kitchen blinds didn't do this with ease . I wouldn't think that I had to bring attention to these matters , it's saying that if the room has some minor faults or flaws that I would have to find and report rather than the room being inspected prior to using it .

Just called reception to ask for rent an apartment and get some information about how to apply, cause there is people living there, so a man answered and he told me I need to go to a backpacker straight away after hearing my accent and saying about he got some “housekeepers” already, I mean what?? Well racist, and rude the whole call and he hang up on me when I was talking. Great service! Get some professional people. You all just want tourist but can’t even be nice to the rest. Disgusting kind of people. Disappointed how racist is Australia.

The apartment was well prepared for our arrival with air con being turned on so that we came in out of the steamy weather. Kitchen well equipped and nice and clean.One thing that needs attention is their guest WiFi network.The reception at our apartment was so poor that we could see the SSID unless we went up closer to the pool. We had to hot spot out mobile to get the internet to check on things we wanted to do. I am a retired IT person.

The best accommodation of our whole trip! Value for money, massive 2 storey apartment, clean bathrooms, clean bed rooms, amazing kitchen with all equipment ready to go, a parking spot if you have a vehicle and great facilities like tennis court and pool! Only problem was the wifi which barely worked during our stay. Location is just out the town which makes it a quiet location! 4 Mile Beach is a 5 min walk up the road fantastic stay!

We stayed for seven weeks. Loved our apartment. Was comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed the pool, really nice. Cheryl and Scott are the best hosts, thanks for everything. So sad to leave really felt like home.

What a fantastic unit we had. Well fitted out. Balcony overlooking the pool. Great kitchen for self catering. Quiet location. 5min walk to beach. Scott at reception was very friendly. Highly recommend!

We stopped yesterday. Nice house with the pool view. The house is warm, there is almost everything for living for a couple of days. Wifi is rather weak. One minus, the floor needs a good cleaning, the mop is also dirty. Huge chunks of dust come out from under the sofa. There is no vacuum cleaner, so we cannot clean it. Everything else is good.
