GenPhysio cannot hold staff and cancel without notice. Had established services for early intervention for a child which were cancelled with no notice and we are going into month three without replacement. Use only as last resort.

Maddison was friendly, informed, helpful and professional. She quickly made me feel at ease and receptive of the process. I wish that all my assessments went like this. I was comfortable and relaxed about disclosing my disabilities. Something I don't find easy. Maddison did a great job.

My daughter has seen many therapists, specialists, Drs etc and today is the first time she has ever interacted with someone. The OT that visited us was patient, softly spoken and didn’t push my daughter too far from her comfort zone. The fact that they can come to our house just added to the comfort levels. I can’t wait to see how much progress my daughter makes now we have the right therapist.
