Booked in for a COVID vax. Took time off work and drove 35 mins to store (I work remotely) only to be told by staff that one of the pharmacists has called in sick that day and all vax appointments had been cancelled. Despite having my phone number and other contact details no attempt was made to inform me of this in advance of my afternoon appointment. Very poor service and such a waste of time.
