City Jeep

I bought a used Honda CR-V from them. We agreed that the car was going to be detailed once again and serviced prior to pick up. In addition, a dent was to be removed as well.They only removed the dent upon pick up. When I inquired about the service book that was not stamped, the sales guy went to the service department and stamped the book without the date, odometer reading or tick marks on the serviced items. I inquired if the service was done or not and I was assured that it was. I could sense there was a hint of doubt from the salesman but he kept assuring me that he saw the car was in in the workshop.When I got home, I checked the dipstick and like I have expected the oil was dirty. I called the salesman a number of times and I was asked to bring the car back for servicing. He admitted it wasn't done. What an unethical and deceitful sales practice. Imagine what would happen with my car if I hadn't checked and skip an oil change?I'd give them a 1 star if they didn't admit and completed the service free of charge.The service department appeared to be OK though. The service report was thorough and I was provided proper maintenance advice.I definitely will not come back and I'd not recommend this business.

Dean is a good customer server who we called and gave a plan so we could surprise our kids with a new ride and they loved the plan and the car. Thanks Dean! From us he is highly recommended.

I spoke to the Used car manager Jack who kindly sent me a video of the car I was interested in.The car was better than I expected and any minor issues I was assured would be rectified before purchase.With this promise Jack, the friendly Salesman Wayne and myself negotiated (with trade-in) what I believe to be a fair deal.Picked up the car a week later and wish to thank City Jeep for a stress free experience.

Recently purchased a used 2015 Kia Sorento Platinum from City Jeep, well presented car, also note, I had been looking for while so knew exactly what I want which always helps in my opinion, as I dont have much free time due to the hours I work, I was happy they could quickly fit me in for a test drive, drive done, decision made, my trade in evaluated,paper work done, with an extended warranty at a reasonable price, deposit paid, I went home and paid the remainder that night (Tuesday), sent confirmation of payment, I rang them Friday morning to confirm payment received, I had already arranged pick-up for that afternoon, arranged my insurance, on arrival my new-ish car was ready, freshly washed, full tank of fuel, a bit my paperwork to sign over the car, hand over my trade-in, sign the warranty papers etc.. and it was all done. Now I am a man in his early 50s and know a bit about cars, but if are not that way inclined, asked questions, I am sure they will either answer them on the spot, or find the answer you need. The staff were friend, cheerful and don't mind a laugh. I drove out of City Jeep feeling satisfied. The car is great and pleasure to drive, I didn't even mind the heavy rush hour traffic I was stuck in. All said and done, my experience at City Jeep was excellent. I honestly believe when choosing to sell a used car, they ensure it is in top condition.Tips:Know what you want, look around, have some test drives, see which car is a good fit for you physically and lifestyle.Ensure you can actually afford the car you want and its ongoing expenses, rego, insurance, servicing, running cost, loan repayments etc..If you are not confident, take someone with you, preferably that knows a bit about cars.Buy from a reputable dealer, their brand is at stake, so they won't want to sell you a dud.Don't be afraid ask questions if you need to, they will try and help if they can, remember they are car dealers not mechanics.If you are not comfortable with the deal, walk away and think about it, you can come back once you are comfortable.And most of all, once you get a car, enjoy it, like I am.

Walking into the City jeep building was a bit overwhelming for me but the staff there were amazing. We were met by Dean who understood our needs, he qsked the right questions and provided us with information on the jeep that we wanted. Information was clear and informative. He happily answered all our questions. We had an amazing experience. The finance guy Stan made the paper work seem easy . Came in and saw Dean, was super happy with the sales experience. He really took the time to help me with everything I needed from my end and went the extra mile with all the little things (cups of coffee, let me borrow an office to take a call while I was there) was super helpful with all the details on the car and was super transparent with everything from his side.
