By far the best hair experience I have ever had - Laura was so kind and thoughtful and took her time to make sure that I was relaxed and enjoying every moment! The space was absolutely stunning and so serene. Loved the cocktails, too!

Best hair experience EVER!Today was my very first ever appointment at Studio Muse with the beautiful Stephia, and I’ve truly never had such an amazing experience.Stephia is so incredibly talented, she was able to achieve the dream hair colour and style I never new I needed. Her knowledge on all the products and the time she took to explain each step of the process was so refreshing and made me feel so comfortable.The salon had such a relaxing vibe, and I loved seeing how all of the stylists work together as one amazing team.Studio Muse team, there aren’t enough words to describe how THANKFUL I am for the amazing work you’ve done with my hair! I am so looking forward to my next appointment.

Visited Sydney from Adelaide and found studio muse via Instagram. Wish I could come back to Sydney every time I needed my hair cut. Rory new exactly what my hair needed in the way of shape and I have genuinely never been more happy with it. It was such a relaxing experience I would 10/10 recommended studio muse to anyone

Wow I’ve found my new regular salon! Stephia was amazing, she provided a thorough consultation to see what I wanted and explore styles and then performed the most heavenly (and long) welcome massage and another one when shampooing my hair (it felt soo good)! The cut and blow dry itself was extraordinary and she even managed to do it in a way that hid my bald/thinning area. So talented! I also loved that the products did not irritate my sensitive skin. Thank you so much for the best hair salon experience.

In love with my new hair! Laura did an incredible job with colouring my hair and has overcome my fear of colouring my hair due to bad experiences in the past with other salons. Also a special mention to Rory who gave me an incredible haircut a few weeks ago! The team are all incredible at what they do and the atmosphere of the salon is fabulous!. Finally found a salon that I can 100% trust, thank you guys x

I had my hair done by Emma, who fixed a bad colour for me. She did an exceptional job working with what I had. She was efficient, polite and so so skilled. I really enjoyed the whole experience with her - she definitely knows what she's doing and has a good eye for colour. the good conversation was a bonus. I received endless compliments, for months, on my hair colour/ombre. The best thing about it was that she actually listened to what i wanted (colour but low maintenance) and gave me the perfect balance between what I wanted and what would work for my hair.I haven''t been back since only because I had a baby and haven't really prioritised that chunk of time for myself. However I plan on going back as soon as I can and have no doubt she will be able to create exactly what I want.

I made a mistake with my booking and arrived late, and they were extremely accommodating! Rory did an incredible job on my hair, blending my colour perfectly and giving me a runway-worthy blow dry. Great space, lovely team. Will definitely be back.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I feel I must after the remarkable service I received at Studio Muse. I’ve had countless bad experiences at other hairdressers including not listening to my desired results, changing the staff member that will colour my hair without notifying me, and having lots of different staff member colouring my hair as they had overbooked clients in, trying to cram as many bookings in on one day as possible. After years of terrible experiences, I thought ‘what could possibly go wrong?’ and (very stupidly) got my hair cut and coloured in Vietnam in January. Of course, it went VERY wrong. After many tears, I contacted Studio Muse. They were very prompt in replying to emails and organised a video consult the following day. I spoke with Rory and, just from talking with him, I knew that I had found my new salon. He was so lovely, knowledgeable, and not judgy (even though we both knew I had made a terrible mistake overseas). Within the week, I was at the salon with Stephia. She made me feel so calm and comfortable, a feeling that I haven’t had at a hair salon in many years. Her knowledge and thorough explanation made me instantly realise that I had chosen the right salon. She did everything she could to turn my Cruella-esque hair into something socially acceptable, without damaging it. I was astounded with the results and wanted to write a review as soon as I left, but I held out until after my second appointment (yesterday) to ensure the standard was upkept. Indeed, it was, and I am so happy with my new hair. Stephia has healed my past hairdresser-trauma and I can’t wait to come back.I love the all-inclusive price packages and products were recommended but I never felt forced to buy them. The shoulder massage on arrival and head massages are incredible too! Oh, and one more bonus… there’s a salon-puppy named Muse!
