Kind and professional. I had first experience and the best one in my first arrival to Australia with My Morris. Rachelle is my agent. She is one of the best people that I have ever seen. Patient and respectful. She answered all of my questions immediately with details. We are very lucky that have rented a place with My Morris.

They really care !From the start both Abbey and Dakota have been realistic, friendly professionals that really care. I had a previous agent that left me with a really bad experience and the Sandy Morris team have turned that around. They made suggestions to improve the property. Nothing was too hard for them and they really listened to what I was saying. There is only place to go for Property management - One Agency Sandy Morris at Kambah!One Year Later - and I am still so happy that Abbey and Dakota are looking after this property. They are Pro-active, professional, know their stuff and such nice people to do deal with. I no longer cringe when I see my agent number come up on my phone thinking What happened now? But I now smile when I see One Agency number show up! My previous Bad experience with another agent has now turned into a Dream Experience with this team.

Not sure if staff member was paying attention to the application. I explicitly wrote my move in date. And got call from one of the agent saying that my application has been approved.Again, got call from the agent and asked if I could move in asap, i told them that its normal for everyone to get 2 weeks notice to their previous owner before leaving the property. And replied that we won’t be able to move in before that date.Third instance, i got email stating“Thank you for your Tenancy Application.We have received a number of strong applications for this property. Unfortunately on this occasion, the owner has decided to accept an alternative application.”Funny thing is, that same property is still in the market.Don’t play game’s just because you got upper hand. Play it wise.Could it be very easy for you people, but its not for all. So, before considering or making calls, give thought as what you are saying and what is your act.Best of luckDakotaYou got the wrong name.
