Raj from Gemtrove so delicately and beautifully custom crafted both my engagement ring and wedding band. Both bands turned out better than I imagined. Raj made the whole process of buying a loose diamond easy and straightforward. The GemTrove website was by far the best when looking for loose diamonds. I could filter by cut, colour, clarity and carat size and then select per my budget. The diamond came with a GIA certificate and Raj also showed me the inscription within my diamond. They are really genuine people, I needed the diamond urgently and Raj kept me in the loop and even got my diamond set for me in my timeframes. Highly recommend Raj and GemTrove.

Raj explained not only the standard stuff (i.e. 4Cs) but also was able to go above and beyond but providing with the extra advice need outside of this (i.e. what else to look for/be wary of, airport discount, explanation of ring creation process etc). Although I’m a stickler for detail and can consequently be quite demanding, I noticed that Raj was always polite, fair and reasonable throughout the entire process. He would always communicate quickly and efficiently (even willing to use WhatsApp outside of office hours) and where necessary attended the office out of hours to meet with me. Above all, my Fiancé is incredibly happy with her ring!! Thank you Raj for all your help! :)

We have been dealing with Gemtrove over the last couple of years for the purchase of a solitaire diamond engagement ring, plus my wife's matching half eternity wedding band containing 10 diamonds, plus my wedding band (all rings made in platinum). We have found Raj and his wife to be very honest and friendly the entire time and their finished products to be very high quality. We have received many compliments on the rings both on the diamonds and on the settings. The customer service is exceptional and they were able to give good advice on the design and sizing of the rings, as well as on the diamonds themselves (4 c's, certification etc). They worked around our time schedules and made sure that the rings were available on time. They have also provided good follow up service (general checking, servicing and polishing etc). We definitely recommend Gemtrove and will be happy to purchase jewellery from them again in the future.
