First ALDI in Canberra to have self-serve checkouts. This would have made it my new ALDI of choice, except no alcohol allowed in the self-serve area. Even for a gentleman in his fifties who is clearly sober. In order to buy one bottle of cheeky Portugese vegan-friendly shiraz, I had to spend the usual ten minutes lining up behind two heavilly-laden trolleys with the fortnightly family shopping.

Its an ALDI. A little more modern than most but with the same familiar, comfortable layout and checkout speed. It's in a shopping centre without a dedicated carpark, a little more difficult to find parking in busy times

ALDI Macquarie was great. I needed a couple of boxes of particular wines (6 bottles in a box) and the staff, very happily, got them for me from their storeroom.ALDI stores are clean and straightforward and, for someone wanting to get their groceries quickly, it's the best. Plus it's cheaper for comparable or better quality. (And their booze is excellent.)

Has a good supply of foods and often in stock. Great deals and great products which reliably do what they say they will do.Management doesn't seem to be able to adjust to the flow of customers in the store trying to social distance. There wad a rush coming in about 9:30 on a Wednesday morning (when the new sales come out) and that is when he decides to restock the fruit and veggie section - even when there want much lack in supply. Helen then gets frustrated with people not moving out of his way when they are waiting for others to move because of social distancing and the crowded space, which he made more crowded with his big palette of groceries...

A lovely aldi positioned in the Jamison shopping centre, this place has a beautiful look and as usual i love the layout. I remember when aldi first started in australia and i was not happy, now i get most of my groceries, don't know if that is a sign of the times or aldi stepping up their game and aligning quality with other grocers.

Nicely refurbished, wide aisles and always neatly stocked. Never need to queue at the checkout. The shopping centre has very limited trolley bays, so depending on where you can get a park you may have to walk a really long way to return your trolley.

Only getting three stars for the number of times their trolleys are not collected in the car park and are stacked out into the path of incoming vehicles.

My favourite grocery shopping store ! Getting car park (except Sat, Sun morning time ) is easy. Quick access to the store. Well maintained and prices at ALDI I find quite reasonable. Every week Wednesday they come up with new items of good quality at less price.

Nice modern Aldi compared to some of the others around Canberra. Spacious and easy to navigate. Some of the the staff however are second rate, and have been discourteous on occasion. That includes one of the managers"
