This Team is awesome. The shop is awesome. They are always always helpful no matter the level of knowledge you have. My son is a keen young fisho and they treat him with respect and make him feel valued. This a certainly a wonderful trait and it makes him want to engage even more. There is no 'hard sell' just great advice and the knowledge and gear to back it. I honestly I could not recommend them enough. And I always do. Easy 5 stars - keep up the great work.

One of the best tackle shops I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful with a great product selection and pricing that’s competitive. Great customer service taking time to help my 7 year old son to buy some tackle with his Christmas present money, not the biggest sale for the time it took but just another example of great customer service

Fishos is a fantastic family owned and operated business which supports so many local groups both within and outside the fishing community - we are lucky to have them supporting our community. I have enjoyed watching the transformation and growth of this shop over the last 6 years since new ownership. Their product range is fantastic! Customer service above and beyond and local knowledge unmatched. A great store - truly a credit to the owners and their wonderful staff.

What a well run business with a good old fashioned attitudes. I went in to ask about the rods I had inherited. The staff spent half an hour with me helping me out. They also carry some amazing products much to my delight. In todays world - attitude is everything.

As quite a new boat owner, I have been into Fisho’s a number of times needing advice on things. The staff are so patient and have always taken the time to ask questions and explain my options. They are knowledgeable about their stock and the prices are comparable to similar businesses for the things I have purchased. A great local business I am so happy to support!

These guys have a huge range of gear that keep our days out on the water easy and well stocked. From tackle to apparel, boat supplies and bait we have no need to ever look anywhere else to stock up for a day out on the water! Even better that if we need something they don't stock, they order it in at competitive prices for us.Highly recommend!

As a very part time fisherman I only walk into a tackle shop a couple times a year but every time I visit Fishos I get treated like family and never been made to feel like a rookie. Dane and his crew are the definition of a local family business that will never let you down!

I’ve been a low key type of customer for years now but in the most recent couple of years I’ve got back into boating. Every time I’ve visited Fisho’s Hervey Bay it’s been a pleasurable experience but todays visit certainly put the icing on the cake. Knowing Dane had been on charters out to the Swains, I needed to get some advice from him. Not once did he put any pressure on me to buy and he provided the highest level of service imaginable. This is not to say the same level hasn’t been provided in the past but the amount of time and the product knowledge he shared today was simply amazing. I will be back for at least the 2 set ups we discussed along with a steady flow of jigs and lures etc leading up to my trip the the Swains Reef.
