Hi all. I don't recommend the agent Jason Tremmel working at Prwmier Realty in Pyrmont, NSW; this guy is unprofessional and no efficient; even when I did all he wanted me (paying final rent, cleaning the flat, etc), he did not want to release my bond as a tenant, I had to pushed him to do it (even he lied to me saying he released it when he dindn't). If you are thinking to rent or sell, anything with the agency, please make sure you go with another agent or even another agency where they care more about your concerns. Thanks all.

Terrible agency. It was hard time when moved out the house. Don't rent the house from this agency. All blame about the issue pass to the tenant(even not tenant's fault).
