Would 100% recommend these guys! Customer service, ,pricing and final product were all 10/10. We had a logo designed, signage made, loyalty cards made and t-shirts printed. Very happy with everything...Al and Jacob were fantastic.

I started using Al + Jacob at Concept to Reality after multiple bad experiences with another graphic designer and have only been over the moon every time. I didn’t plan to find a new graphic designer, but their lovely customer service, fast turnaround & easy communication sold me. After every new project (whether it be decals, stickers, business cards, signage etc) they always send real life digital mock ups through, so I’m aware of what the end result will look like, and know what I’m paying for, which I had never had before. Every idea I’ve had they have seriously brought the ‘concept to reality’! I also appreciate that they aren’t afraid to offer thought out advice and ideas, rather than not saying anything just to secure a sale, which is something I really value - it shows they know what they’re doing and value their customers. I have even placed rush orders before and they have been extremely accomodating, and met all of the deadlines. The communication, professionalism, friendliness and above all end product is absolutely outstanding and I am yet to find a flaw in my experience with doing business with Al + Jacob. I have recommended the boys to 25+ other people, as I am so impressed and happy with everything they do. Honestly couldn’t speak higher about Concept to Reality.

I've been using Concept to Reality since I started my business in 2017 and I've never been disappointed. If anything I've been super excited when a new lable is born, the work is second to none. It's like they put a hand into your skull and pull out exactly what you had pictured only better, I'm always left smiling. They build my website punkrockpeppers.comCurrumbin Hot Sauce will always have the most radical lables and I'm going to use them for social media. I can't recommend them enough. 10/5 stars.
