What a fantastic group of people! Friendly and easy to talk to right from the start. Very caring and professional. Sorted out my dad’s problem and explained it easily. Highly recommend this place if you need it !!

Didn't realise how bad my hearing was until I had it tested. That tea kettle whistling sound I keep hearing, tinnitius.Tests were run to confirm level of hearing loss. Received adequate advice about appropriate measures to take.The middle range Phonak hearing aids are great. My hearing abiliity has improved significantly. I now hear and better understand spoken words from most people. Worldly sounds (birds, kids playing, clattering dishes, rustling papers, car indicators) that I haven't heard probably are louder. They have also slightly helped lessen the tinnitius.

I went to Attune to get an updated hearing aid. Ajisha assessed my hearing impairment and recommended the Phonak aid for me.This hearing aid is amazing as now I can go to restaurants and the background noise doesn’t affect my ability to hear in noisy rooms. I can now converse better with grandchildren, they often talk with their head down or turned away from you, but this hearing aid picks up every conversation.I can also take phone calls from my phone with this aid. I am hearing things for the first time using this aid that previously I missed out on. Also I can identify where sounds are coming from, which is a new and wonderful thing.I would highly recommend Attune as the service is great and their help and assistance is ongoing if needed.
