If I could give a 0 I would. I lifted and held the pump and they charged me 20cents for doing so . No Petrol … just held the pump. I complained but it went to deaf ears. It’s not the 20c but the principal… . Buyers be aware… thieves ….

The only station I've used for about 10 years as it's local. I've never filled up anywhere else (only so I know if I get contaminated fuel it's from this place but that hasn't happened yet).My only complaint is the automatic car wash. Having tried the touch free option it was good and bad. While it did take off the dust and dirt, it did create heavy water spots on the glass and paint. Also it's very narrow to drive into. I'm a big fan of touchless car washes but this one is terrible.

This was a the first of a few Coles express sites(same owner I suspect) that has taken if upon themself to slyly up the price difference of their 95 fuel. Most stations offer 95 at 12 cents more per litre than their 91, while a few good stations offer it for only 8 cents more.This and a few other sites are now charging 17 cents more for their 95 octane fuel.I,out of sheer principle refuse to use these sites.Went to fuel up the other day at a Coles express I had not used before when I realised they were one of these sites, so I went out of my way to leave and go to a more difficult station.Time to show them we won't put up with it.

Over priced fuel always. Hit up the United across the road. Purchased a car wash here once that didn't even soap my car. Was told it was more of a rinse option than a wash and that I needed to but the premium wash for soap. Lol??

Simply handed to them a 4 cents per litre discount docket on 66 litres of petrol bit they would not honour it offering only double flybuy points worth around 10 cents. Last time I will ever bother going there again. 1 star is too much

The smell of petrol fumes is nicely disguised by KFC or Hungry Jacks just on the other side of Kings Rd whilst filling your vehicle. Which can be both pleasant or make you want to hurl.Location is ideal given it's open 24 hours a day and is rarely burgled. Easy to access from either Melton Hwy (either direction) or Kings Rd (again, either direction).Car wash is convenient although costly. So if you're on the dole, I'd suggest you're better off doing this yourself to save the cash. If not, it gives a pretty though wash.
