Very happy with Peninsula Heating & Cooling Solutions- from Emily in reception who actually answered the phone (!) & was lovely & commiserated with my Covid plight & needing to postpone; to Corey who did the quote & Jack, Jarred & Kade who installed my split system using the excellent Vic Govt heating & cooling rebate- & removed the old fixed gas heater- didn't realise that would need repair work separately but that is ok- they were very professional & responsive- from quote to completion in only a few weeks- compared to other places that i was told 2 months. And very happy with with my new Daikin split system- so efficient I have to turn off after 30 mins!

Over all the experience re installation was Ok, but I think the installers could take a few minutes to spend with the client running over the instructions on how to use the remote and unit, they could also take a bit of pride in there work by wiping the unit of dirty fingers.

Very prompt communication and i had a quote within minutes of lodging the job. Tom who turned up on the day was efficient, friendly, and very professional.Many thanks
