Very happy and satisfied with my haircuts with Sammy! She is knowledgeable and works with me to achieve the hairstyle I want. I have been recently experimenting with fringes and short or long hair cuts so it is refreshing to have Sammy give good advice on what is best suited for my face shape and head structure. All the staff are so sweet that keeps me coming back. Great service and expertise!

This is the worst experience I had in Brisbane hairslon. I made the first appointment with them . I told male hairstylist I want to straight my hair and he asked me to come on Sunday afternoon 1 Pm . I arrived on time and show him the photo I want to have. And he just cut my hair straight away and said he could not straight my hair later because they will close at 5 Pm and asked me to come again. But I said you told me I can straight my hair and I come but you asked me need to come again and pay double time for my haircut ( because their straightening includes haircut ) And the owner apologized and asked me to come again for wrong booking . Today , I came again. I called and apologized I will be late 15 minutes and want to make sure they still can have me to straight hair . The owner said yes . And I drove 40 minutes from city to be here . I tried to discuss with new hairstylist what kind of hairstyle I can have . And the lady hairstylist is anger and said straightening is the straightening . No other hairstyle. And besides I also need to apologize again to her personally because I’m late . I know late is no good but if the customer late 15 minutes need to apologize all the time and can’t have good service attitude. I won’t take it . So I paid for the shampoo and leave . You can decide you want to have their searvice or not . I choose not .

I was so surprised at the lovely way you are treated. Nice tea and a treat. Head massage when I got my hair washed. Really treated so nicely. Will be my hairdresser from now on.

Love it, have been going there since it had opened. Yes, it's a Korean hair dresser and yes, they often speak Korean to each other even when they're cutting your hair.. but who cares? They've always been friendly, polite and reasonably priced. Bonus is that they're also available for appointments later into the evening.

Love love love this place! I had my hair cut by Sammy in a style I was nervous about, but Sammy did an amazing job and made me feel so pretty when I left! The environment is very cozy and the employees are all so sweet, especially the girl on reception. You are greeted and farewelled so warmly. Thank you all so much, I will definitely be coming back
