A 5 star experience all round. The new management are lovely! The building is amazing and literally something worth stopping in and seeing for yourself, even if you are just driving through and not staying overnight. A warm and cosy feeling inside with all of the fire places, historic lounges, and the different dining and entertaining rooms throughout.The food was wonderful, and most importantly, the managers were amazing. Its just nice to be greeted and looked after by really nice people with whom conversation is just really easy. Highly recommended!

Our group Australian Racing Tours stayed for five nights over the Scone carnival, Michelle and Richard are wonderful host and everyone loved the hospitality. We will be back again next year. Thank you!!!

Fantastic place great for romantic getaways close to everything but still far enough away to escape into your own world. The hosts were amazing nothing was too hard and they're a font of knowledge.

An Historic Wonder! Our group comprising 3 couples stayed here and have booked again for next year! Open fires, cooked breakfasts, sunset drinks and nibbles on the verandah, comfy beds, great cellar!!! Michelle and Richard were wonderful hosts. Jenny

Loved staying here. Owners met us on arrival and were very welcoming. It had been explained to us on booking, that it's a heritage style property and it was exactly as described. If clean and comfortable country accommodation is what you're after, then stay here. Also, delicious barista coffee available in the on site cafe (included free in the breakfast on request). We would happily stay here again.

Beautiful old building, still furnished like an old homestead. Great value, comfortable, breakfast included is basic but serviceable. My room was out the back so quiet. Arrived late but they made arrangements for me to get in.

I just love staying here. What a unique venueWith each room I have stayed in being different and super comfortable. The owner is always available if you need help or have questions which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend.

The best hosts in the world, great people, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, can not fault the place at all!!! We will be back Richard makes you feel like family, Potter MacQueen would be over the moon about how the place has turned out!
