Staff rang prior to an on-site visit to discuss our issue and determine if their services were actually required, or whether it was an electrical issue. They wanted to avoid us paying an unnecessary call-out fee. However, we did need their services. They called us once on-site to confirm the work to be undertaken, and again once the work has been completed. They were very helpful. Great communication!

Andy and his team have always provided us with second to none service. They have fantastic business processes in place so you are always in the loop with where everything is at. They did all the plumbing for both of our bathroom renovations and now fix any little other things around the house that need attending to. If you’re looking for a plumber then look no further. The team at Platinum Plumbing replaced our HWS.Due to limited space, we had to rethink the size of the replacement tank on the run. Not only did they quickly arrange a replacement unit in a short time frame, they had a tradesmen attend the afternoon of day 1 to install a temp unit before returning 2 days later to install the correct one.Extremely helpful and responsive to an unforeseen issue.Cannot credit the team more highly. Grateful for their committed service.

Corey was an absolute delight to deal with. Very polite, professional and got the jobs done with no fuss. I even asked him if he could tighten a hand towel rail for me, and whilst it wasn’t on his job list, he was still happy to fix it. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

Firstly communication was exceptional with text notifications on arrival times, capacity to track the plumber on the way and confirmation option to acknowledge information sent.Rory and Ben, equally and painstakingly did an exceptional job on working on a very tricky water leak detection matter. Once located, work was completed efficiently along with informing us along the way what steps needed to be taken to rectify the issues.It was a long, hard, hot day and the their energy and efforts didn’t waiver.Both plumbers are ‘Gold Class’.I can highly recommend this company.

The team @ Platinum helped out very quickly when I needed a repair done. They always kept my up to date with their arrival, the guys sorted the issue out very quickly. Would be happy to use them again for any other plumbing needs.
