Have been given excellent service by Jo at the Joondalup store. She was able to help us with a fantastic plumber and then ordered the specialist part that we needed for our bathroom. I would definitely recommend making a visit to the store for your bathroom or plumbing needs.

Had gone to buy connector and everyone was reluctant to help and didn’t help what I was really after.

Went in this morning, with a photo of a leak, I was working on at home. All 3 staff helped me, and went above and beyond, to ensure I did the job in the correct way, and cost effectively too. Even bent some pipe for me. Brilliant service. Thanks lads.

Worst customer service!Leam at the Reece trade counter thought it was funny when I told him I lost out on a $750 job due to materials he had forgotten to leave out for me which I had paid for.

Exceptional service by Joanne, very friendly and knowledgable. She always made time to guide us and answer any questions we had. We had a few hiccups along the way outwith Reece control but Joanne kept us updated every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my business there again.

Absolute life savers these people are. Such a great experience after I had a less than ideal one at Tradelink. Reece plumbing were able to get me exactly what I needed, in seconds, to fix up my bathroom’s basin waste so I could fix it myself. Very friendly, good chatting about plumbing. Understood the part I needed and acknowledged I could do the job. Felt welcomed and valued.At tradelink they wouldn’t even check for the part, I just needed a basin waste unit that screwed on, because that’s the type I had in my basin and would save me extra steps. One of the people there didn’t even recognise a pop up waste spring mechanism when I showed it. Kept pushing for me to get a plumber. I mentioned the pop up spring and the guy at Reece knew exactly what I was taking about and knew what the problem was, because it’s common.Anyway, $36 later, the basin waste is fully functional and I didn’t need to call a plumber. All thanks to Reece plumbing (no thanks to tradelink).

Called up this morning looking for plumbing supplies, spoke to Jo on the phone and was impressed with her friendly and helpful manner.Every company should have a Jo in their business, super friendly and makes you happy to use such a company.Keep up the good work !Tommo
