The worst communicators ever...? I have to ring and chase them for progress.I complain so the Service Manager agrees to provide a daily update. But, no, they still can't give me job updates, not even once :(Vehicle has been with them for 4-weeks, and counting now... for an engine diagnostics (Jeep JLU not starting)Poor management culture & lack of leadership accountability.
