Good service, but the screen they put on to my phone is an unresponsive piece of garbage - easily the worst I've ever used on a phone. I wish I had known this before I'd spent the $109, because I would have been happy to pay more for a better quality screen.

I have made Zac and the team at Hervey Bay computers my IT and Tech saviors for the last 2 years, as I need help in choosing and setting up my technology for my personal and business needs. I would highly recommend talking them whether your looking for a new phone or any IT support. Especially if your like me and get lost in all the jargon and fine print. They will steer you in the right direction.

Ruined my phone!!! Disgusting Service!!!Completely buggered my phone and would only agree to give me a refund if I would not post a negative review.I dropped my phone in December 2016 and it had a few cracks around the front camera but still functioned as if it was new.Took it to them in May 2017 to get repaired.They replaced the digitizer / screen and after a day of use it started malfunctioning, when scrolling it would zoom in and out and was impossible to type on.I took it back and they had another black digitizer / screen which also turned out to be faulty. They then installed a white screen that was meant for a white phone, the business asked if this was OK and being that the other option was no screen on my phone I reluctantly said yes as I need this phone for work.All I am asking for is a refund, I do not have the time to travel 1 hour to their business location to have it fail again. I have lost all faith in the business and do not trust them with my phone.The manager Zac will no doubt reply to this that I have been difficult and not willing to cooperate but that is not the case.I took a fully functioning Black Iphone 6s phone with very minor damage that had been existing for about 5 months and had no effect on the phones performance into Device Repairs" and in return I got a Black Iphone 6s with a white face plate and black home button that is completely unuseable.Very unprofessional company."
