Been with flick for 2 years now. Not easily reachable since Feb 23, not holding themselves accountable and expecting customers to understand their problems, rather than other way around. No apologies for delays, lack of ability to schedule and adhere to a 2 hour window.After stopping payment, immediately called in one of the competition and got service within a 2 day period. It was easy to schedule a time with a +/- 30 minutes window. Person came in promptly. Will wait to see the effectiveness - but at least I did not have to wait half day to find out the person will be further delayed.Also realized that this is not a subscription model, where you have a lock in for 12 months and then you can discontinue any time. This is more of equated monthly payment scheme. If you cancel, the expectation is to pay the entire balance for the next 12 month period.Otherwise quality of service was good until Nov 22. Hoping they do turn things around soon.

Ram made the initial termite inspection and was professional and spent time explaining the process. His approach instilled confidence and reassurance. On the second visit, Ram & Mohammed arrived to modify our existing reticulation system, which was installed by another company. The required chemicals were also topped up. We were pleased with the whole experience. A professional and reliable company.

James G. was absolutely amazing! He was training another guy and was super super thorough, the most thorough any inspector has been in the last 10 years. I can't speak highly enough of him! He was super knowledgeable and explained his reasoning behind the suggestions, it was really refreshing and builds trust. He was also really professional and an all round nice guy.If I had him every inspection/top ups I'd be a happy man for the next 40 years.

When my regular Flick Exterminator guy was not available, several years ago, they sent someone who did not test walls, in fact he did nothing for an annual inspection inside. After looking outside he said the system had been set up incorrectly. Of course it was rubbish, as I complained, then another pest controller was sent (still not my regular guy who was away) who appeared to provide the inspection to a better standard but still not the attention to detail that I had previously observed. Again I complained and advised that unless my regular guy was available I would look elsewhere.My regular guy returned only to be descovered he was leaving Flick, problems with the new owners Anticimex not paying jobs on time. Breach of contract by the current owners.Found an independent pest controller, two years ago, certified with guarantee of treatment and considerably cheaper for inspections and even more so for treatment while using the same same chemical treatment at a slightly higher strength at a much cheaper price. Do not use Flick, dodgy international owners screwing home owners who believe that they need to continue with Flick to ensure that they are covered for termite control and damage for their insurance company coverage. Don't be sucked in to this lie, find a local qualified and insured exterminator who will look after your home properly. Despite advising Flick I have another exterminator and will not use Flick the call centre keeps calling.

Flick took over our previous pest controller, we used them annually, never had a problem and they gave a 6 month warranty internal and external. We thought we'd give Flick a go. $60.00 more expensive and 3 month warranty internal only. We've had them back twice within that warranty period for ants, cockroaches and spiders. We've asked for a refund which has been denied. I really advise anyone looking for a pest controller use your local businesses. Flick are absolute scammers. I would've been better of spraying water around the house. Scammers, scammers, scammers. DO NOT USE FLICK.

I have a rodent issue since Jan 23. I called them up got a date 6 weeks later. when the guy came in, i told him where i have seen mouse activity and he didnt even go there he just went in my attic and put 2 bait boxes just near the attic entry area, not even close to where mouse were active. charged $417 and i still have an issue, now called them up again and got an appointment for 6 weeks later again. The service is bad and not at all valve for money.

Despicable staff member. I saw him throw a cigarette butt on the ground in Fairfield industrial estate. Plate number 1PM 980. This driver is obviously not environmentally conscious.

Had Jeremy come down and spray the house and he went the extra mile, getting in places I didn't think of and even taking out a wasps nest. Very friendly and professional!

At the time of booking, I specifically said my wife is pregnant. I was told by the consultant who did the booking, it is okay to go ahead. I asked how long my wife needs to away from home. The consultant said maximum 4 hours would be sufficient. However, the technician who came to do the job said he was not aware my wife is pregnant and no notes in the job form. He recommended my wife needs to away from home overnight. Luckily I had a chat with him before leaving the house to do the job. What would happen to my wife and her baby if she returned home and stay inside after 4 hours from the job as advised by the consultant? So disappointed with the service.

James Grotaers the pest technician is really good and very professional. He took time to explain and fixed the broken pipes. I would definitely recommend James.
